Everyone is usually very nice but the two ladies working there today were not welcoming. I walked in and they just stared. Then didn't even ask what I needed. It was very awkward. The one girl just stuck the scanner out at me when she realized it was an Amazon return. The other lady just scrolled on her phone. It's very obvious they did not want to be there. At least say hello!

Petty and poor customer service. Charging to tape a box is absolutely ridiculous. Find another way to overcharge customers.

The Harrisburg UPS store alway has worse service than any other store. Why? Why not be friendly, and have helpful service. We keep trying to give this place business but always end up going back to UPS stores waaaaaay out of our way. Just be nice!!!!!
