Petty and poor customer service. Charging to tape a box is absolutely ridiculous. Find another way to overcharge customers.

The Harrisburg UPS store alway has worse service than any other store. Why? Why not be friendly, and have helpful service. We keep trying to give this place business but always end up going back to UPS stores waaaaaay out of our way. Just be nice!!!!!

Returning Amazon packages here is always a breeze and when I needed to print a return label they quickly answered my question of how much it would be on the phone. FedEx transfered me and then gave me a long spiel on creating an account to print one piece of paper 🤦🏻‍♀️. I will be sticking to UPS no questions asked they are so much better.
