  Its 2:45pm on Monday on 4/27 & I just left this UPS store after trying to ship a package internationally. The person helping me was super nice and friendly. Very professional. I think his name was DJ. The shipping charge was much higher than anticipated and this other employee, a younger girl, when I questioned the charge in a nice way, started acting super rude! Stating in a loud voice “you obviously aren’t used to shipping with UPS, you must be using the USPS. UPS rates are much higher international . Even a piece of a paper is $100 to ship! You’re not familiar with us, it’s obvious..” she then smirked and walked away acting entitled and childish. Very obnoxious and unprofessional! Definitely not the type of helpful employee this store needs. If she is there I will think twice about coming back. Rude, loud and obnoxious. Bad employee behavior for sure

  Surf City UPS store saved the day for me! I needed brochures for a last minute event and they received the order, reached out to confirm options, and printed all in under 2 hours, they are AMAZING!

  I had an issue where I asked for my package to be delivered by a certain date for an event. Everything was double stated, clarified, and so I paid the extra fee to have it arrive on a specific date. It didn’t arrive, so the day after the event I called confused and very disappointed. It ended up being miscommunication on their end. The store manager Ivy, handled it so professionally. It was clear that she understood the magnitude of the situation seeing that the customers package wasn’t delivered when it was expected to be, and the problems caused because of their lack of proper communication. Ivy was extremely empathetic, understanding, and was able to fully refund me for the inconvenience. She was wonderful and did what she could to try and make it right. If you need help, and don’t want to be spoken to like it is your fault, ask for Ivy.

  Just wow! I needed passport photos and showed up 15 minutes before closing. There was a problem with the photo printer and it would have been so easy for these two associates to tell me to come back the next day- so sorry. But one jumped on google the other gave him the make and model number and they began troubleshooting. A customer came in and one took care of the customer, the other got the machine working and, voila! I’m sitting in my car with passport photos. Tremendous service! Highly recommend! Thank you for making the end of a hectic day easy for me.

  Huge thank you to the team at The UPS Store — they seriously saved me. I came in with a complicated set of documents that needed to be printed, reprinted, organized, and perfectly put together, and they handled everything with so much patience and kindness. They never made me feel rushed, even though I had a lot going on, and they made sure everything was exactly right. It’s rare to find people who care this much and go the extra mile. I’m incredibly grateful and would recommend them to anyone
