  80% of the times this location is out of water. Today ( is not the first time) my husband went to refill a 5 gallon container. The machine took the money and just fill the bottom of the container. He went to Food Lion to asked for his money back but they don’t own it. The same history at the Dollar Store. The owner of this location is getting money without providing the product. I think that is time for us the look for a better water supplier. Do not recommend this location at all.

  This dispenser is questionable. I come here every other week to fill up water and consistently have issues with getting proper change. I’m glad it now takes five dollar bills but when it provides you change sometimes it’s correct and sometimes it’s not. I just lost $3.50 because the change return did not work properly. I tried to call to get a refund which I have had to do in the past when the same change return system failed and they don’t answer the phone on the weekend. So now I have to call back during the week, when I am working, to try to get a refund from a machine that should work properly. It takes 15 to 30 minutes on the phone with a representative to get your money back. This doesn’t happen with Coke and Pepsi.
