I have been inside the station twice this month sending boxes for bday and Christmas. Jane has always been very professional and it appreciated that she is not too sweet nor too bitter, she is " just right". She gets the job done proficiently and timely. She acknowledges everyone and reassures the line of patrons waiting, that the staff sees you and will get to you as soon as possible. I appreciate the customer service, now we as customers need to be patient and on our best behavior.

I dont like that my packages are stuff in my mailbox, even if mail already was delivered earlier. They are in so tight I can hardly get them out. Mail is put in there so far back I sometimes have to get out of the car. Other places I've lived if packages are larger in size or more then one they deliver them to the front on house.

Bad and getting worse. My experiences reflect the same of the other recent negative reviews. I asked to speak to the manager (Melaney) to try and understand how we could improve things - mail doesn’t get to my neighborhood for a rotating set of excuses. She appeared very agitated and called me some other man’s name, whom I guess she argued with in the past and was expecting. I introduced myself, but it became clear she would take no proactive steps of her own to help move things forward. Blames others for problems for which she could seek improvement. It’s a failure of leadership that reflects poorly on some of the other staff members trying to politely do their job.

At least once a week packages are mis-delivered. It's a Saturday and the carrier left the entire neighborhood's parcel locker unlocked and since the post office closed half an hour ago its going to stay unlocked the rest of the weekend. Yet they'll blame customers for missing mail. After today’s interaction I will now be driving to Wilmington to mail packages instead of dealing with these rude, lazy and incompetent clowns.

The distribution facility and post office in Hampstead are the god awful worst places. No organization or work ethic, my packages get stuck here every time and take a day or two just to go from hampstead dist to hampstead post. It’s getting aggravating. You guys are here to provide a service and do your jobs, not chill and be lazy. If it isn’t worth the money please just quit so people who actually WANT to work can be hired.
