I returned a package in error going to the TikTok shop (not Amazon) and tried to retrieve it a few hours later and UPs refused to even attempt to look for it for me. They were totally rude and lied and said that my package was already picked up, which I know was a lie because the returns are picked up at the end of the day. I even offered to look for it but they refused. When I dropped the original return they took it out of the box it came in and handed me the box and told me they couldn’t take the box to throw it away in the dumpster!!, So sad no attempt to help me whatsoever. Lazy……
