- KBKim B1 day ago1.0I’ve used this location for Amazon returns in the past however when I went to ship a large fragile package to California I was treated as if I was a huge inconvenience. Was struggling to get the package in the door & no help or multiple shipping options given. Staff member was polite to the gentleman behind me but I was treated like a nuisance. Should’ve used a different shipper— very concerned this will not make it across the country undamaged.

Belittled me, was nasty & rude two times now that I was in this store. I have my own business & get UPS labels w my assignments; he asked why I don't get the shipping envelopes w my documents!!! I said this is a UPS store, you should provide UPS envelopes for customers! He said " You should have your own"!!! Ha ha A real jerk! It's a rural community so I would have to go 60 miles roundtrip to another one!!! Rude crude & socially unacceptable!!
