- SMShannon Melcher1 day ago1.0This is my first negative review I've ever written but it needs to be said by the terrible service that I received here. I am in the process of moving and the worker who's window I received saw that I had a larger package and immediately met me with the worst attitude and tried to find any reason not to help me. Before taking any measurements, she tells me that they don't accept large packages anymore. I let her know that just 30 minutes prior to arriving at this location, I had went to the Winterville location and dropped off 15 boxes of the same size and larger. Having awareness that the Winterville location is smaller with less equipment and employees, I drove out of my way to bring the few remaining boxes to the Greenville location. The worker says "well this is the Greenville post office" and that she "didn't start working at the post office yesterday". This was a standard Lowes box and I have been shipping packages of this size with pre-paid labels for years with 0 issues. After taking measurements, she tells me that I would have to pay an extra $235 to ship this 1 box. Of course, I declined to her delight. I have never received worse service than at this location and it's a classic case of workers not wanting to do their job and serve others. I took the boxes to the Winterville location the next day where the workers served me with a positive attitude and 0 issues.

I work, Farmville has limited hours and isn't open on Saturdays, and I'm trying to do a nice thing. I told her it just needs to get returned to sender. And she told me she was just going to throw it in the trash. Is that even legal?? What is actually wrong with the people who work at this location?!

I went to complain because I could not even talk to my friend and it took a manager 28 minutes to come talk to me. When I told her the workers should have fun but they are extremely loud. She responded that they are robots and seem not to really care. Very unprofessional location.
