- NHNy HallJul 25, 20251.0Rude customer service & they NEVER answer the phone. Went in person the lady seen me waiting at the desk & continued to chat with her coworker while I waited for her Then had the nerve to have an attitude while she tended to my service like ??? I went to pick up a mailbox key she said someone had to change the lock and that they would call me when it was done still havent had a call nor has it been done 🙄🙄🙄

But at around 1pm I stopped the carrier, who denied having the package. Now I've tracking information show its out for delivery, it's 4:48pm at this point. This complaint exclude the issue with my mail, that I haven't received since 4/28/2024. Vaccines affecting the usps carriers brain cells? Possibly.

I have another package that was to be delivered today that hasn't shown. I would suggest getting a lawyer to deal with this place or using a safer shipping method like UPS.
