Persons working the counter seemed to not know the difference between a stamp designed to be added to a first class stamp for an additional ounce and a two-ounce stamp. I requested a roll of first class stamps and a sheet of 2nd ounce stamps. I was sold a roll of first class stamps and a sheet of two-ounce stamps. Unfortunately I didn't catch it until I got home. That was my fault. I returned to the post to get the mistake corrected but was unable to do so. The clerk that initially waited on me was on her lunch break. The other clerk got her to come to the counter but was uninterested in and unwilling to correct the error. The other clerk's solution was to ask for my name & phone # so the initial clerk could conduct "an investigation" and get back to me which would have necessitated another trip to the post office. Clearly, it wasn't worth the time and expense of another trip. So I gave up. It's really sad that post office staff is that poorly trained and so unqualified.

The woman working in the passport office is incredibly rude and completely unprofessional. Not everyone magically knows every single requirement for getting a passport, especially when they’re following the guidance given to them. My boyfriend was told by the front desk that what he brought was acceptable, only to get to the back and be met with a nasty attitude and a condescending tone from this woman. Instead of doing her job and helping, she treated him like he was stupid for something that was not his fault. It’s very telling that the majority of the negative reviews are about her specifically, so it’s beyond frustrating that nothing has been done and she’s still allowed to treat people this way. Even a one star rating is too high.
