    Immediately “lost” my package FIFTEEN minutes after I dropped it off. Said it was already shipped, even though I’m sitting here looking at the UPS truck that hasn’t left since I got here. They now tell me I have to contact UPS headquarters and wait weeks to MAYBE get my package and pay all the fees. Absolutely ridiculous. The carelessness and stupidity used here is far among anything I’ve ever seen.

    didn’t catch the workers name, blonde hair/bangs tho. went in to ship a package out and saw her on her phone giggling while there was a customer standing behind the desk waiting for her help. told her i needed it shipped out and as she spoke to me she wasn’t the friendliest as i felt she gave a little attitude. honestly she looked miserable and like she didn’t wanna be there nor wanted to help anyone. if u don’t like ur job, quit. no need to be rude and un attending to customers.

    Tiffany and Sierra are super helpful and verbally friendly and professional. They go the extra mile to assist in any way possible. Store is clean and most of the time the wait time is zero min.

    The team at this UPS Store is incredible! The DMV tried to mire me down with their make-up-the-rules-as-we-go tactics. But the hurdles were no match for the notary team at this UPS Store!!! Thank you all so much for your help!
