Returning something once that was very difficult - process overall was treacherous but all the 4 staff involved made it so much better! Once had a same day print order that was an amazing quality(I do wish we got an email confirmation but the product was amazing and it was picked up same day so nothing to complain about). Idk how towns without staples do it 😉

- SMSammo MoFeb 15, 20241.0I have been using only staples for many years, printing my own pictures and business cards here and cutting them myself. Recently, I got the card stock paper and was going to print business cards for a customer, and the employee said they no longer let anyone use card stock in their machines. they told me i have to give the file to them to print, and the price was rediculous for just a few pages. I am extremely unhappy with this. I also tried to use a different printer of theirs, and out of 3 printers, one was out of order for a while, the other one leaves a long streak across the page which they dont refund, and you dont have the option of making a test page before hand, so you are paying regardless. the services.... are no longer what I would call good services.
