It has now been updated to state that my package is at the FedEx facility. FedEx has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. If this particular company offered shipping other than FedEx I would happily pay more to have USPS or UPS deliver my packages. At least then I might actually get them.

The name on the box was different from his ID he explained why yet they still didn’t give him the package. I had to call costumer service bc I couldn’t get in contact with that FedEx! They told me to write an email saying I authorized him to pick it up and they said the email was fake. The last resort was to show conversation of the purchase AND shipping information which he previously provided. I seriously recommend bringing backup information to pickup any live animals you have to pickup from this address! At mine all I have to do is show them the tracking number and tell them my name.. i know this isn’t with all FedEx hubs but seriously? If the reptile was left overnight because these people didn’t want to give him the box the reptile could have died and that would have left a BIG mark on their side.
