Instead of helping, the clerk repeatedly cut me off, spoke to me in a condescending tone, and refused to listen to my actual question. I was told I needed two boxes even though Amazon’s instructions clearly stated otherwise. The interaction was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, and I left without being able to complete the return. This location needs better customer service training.

Her smiles are so contagious. Not only are the workers kind here, they are competent. I only come to this store for all my posting and printing needs, because they are able to handle any difficult situations quickly. I definitely recommend this UPS store!
