  This is the second time I have been to this UPS store location. For the second time, the option to donate money to Junior Achievement was skipped by the clerk. I was not given an opportunity to decide whether to give or not. I work for Junior Achievement of the Triad and the money we receive in the form of donations from UPS Stores is not a whole lot, but it is a lot less if clerks do not give people the right to choose to give. I have already spoken to a clerk at this location about this and I’m very disappointed that it has happened again. When I asked the clerk if he even knew what junior achievement was, he said he did and then gave me a definition that was completely wrong. The UPS store chooses to partner with junior achievement, and I am grateful for that! I am very passionate about our nonprofit that teaches children from kindergarten to 12th grade about financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. We teach students how to be successful in a global economy. A committed partnership that supports the local community deserves more respect. UPS Stores should hold up their side of the partnership with fidelity and intent. I hope things will improve, however, I will not be back to this location.

  Today is December 24, 2025. They stated the store would be open until 3pm and online it shows the same thing. Got there and the door was closed and they were having a party inside I had multiple boxes in my hand and could barely try to open the door. They all just stood inside looking at me didn’t assist nor even came to the door to say they are closed or closed earlier than advised. Poor customer service. They are lucky I could only give 1 star… Smh
