I came in for assistance and was immediately redirected to a self-service printer that wasn’t even functioning properly. When I tried to get help again, I was dismissed and left standing there while the employee avoided assisting me. It shouldn’t take getting a supervisor involved just to receive basic customer service. To make matters worse, I had already placed a print order and was called to pick it up. When I arrived, there was clear confusion about my order, and it appeared it hadn’t even been prepared. After unnecessary delay, I was told it was suddenly “found,” which did not feel honest or organized. This experience came across as unprofessional, dismissive, and poorly managed. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down service or question whether their order was handled properly. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both accountability and customer service in this department.
