  Went into my Local Fed ex today 4/24/26 Only 1 other young lady in line in front of me:). Whatever the young lady needed did take a little longer but no problem we were all trying to get things done … after about 20 mins KENNETH (Assistant manager in training) called next person in line which was me by this time the line is to the door. As I’m going to desk to get serviced 2 white men stood up and Kenneth told me they were here first ! … But if that was the case why did he call the young lady in front of me ? As I expressed I’ve been waiting for 20+ mins & these 2 gentleman weren’t in line and that’s not fair to none of us . Well not much I could do so I waited an extra 5-10 mins then he finally tells me he can service me so I explain I need to ship equipment which was just laptop he asked for receipt name which I gave twice then he proceeded to ask me do I have a picture of the name (mind u it’s 4 letters & I spelled it twice) so I say sure one moment I’ll type it for u I didn’t know it was that hard . He then tells me I need to “Respect him” ?! And once I “get myself together” then he’ll service me and proceed to take the man behind me !. I told him call his manager in which the manager told him to service me . He hung up the phone and told me I had no right to be mad after waiting half a hour and letting 2 people skip me and another MAN skip me . I then told him I don’t owe him any type of respect I’m just trying to do a shipment and leave and that’s when he tells me he’ll service me after the man who was behind me …. After waiting again he tells me “I’m not going to service you you can actually leave” and that’s when I stated I wasn’t going anywhere I am on an unscheduled break at work and I’ve already waited here for almost a hour by now . He then calls the police on me & I waited for them to arrive and explained the situation after the police heard what happened they informed me and I quote “Seems like he’s just being a ass about the situation so we’d just recommend you go to the other one close by” I did apologize to the officers about them having to come out on a non emergency call which takes away from the people who are really needing help and we parted ways . I would not recommend this FedEx to anyone ! Very unprofessional and does whatever they want and feel entitled .

  Was sent here to pick up package no package everybody clueless and very unhelpful terrible fedex needs to be shut down period it’s always a issue with fedex
