Spoke to the rudest lady in the history of customer service. I called regarding my mailbox key, which was already paid for and supposed to be dropped off to property management within 10 days. It’s been well over 10 days and there is important mail that I need to retrieve. I went to the post office on two occasions and the excuse was that there is only one person making the keys for the whole Southside of Greensboro and that we have to wait because he was out for a few days. I called today because I have an important package that I thought would be delivered to the door, but was ultimately put in the mailbox. The rude lady was combative from the time she answered the phone. Never even gave me her name. She became defensive when I used the word excuse to describe their lack of keeping word. After the services were paid for in advance. She ultimately resorted to teasing and rationalizing, in a very provoking manner. Whoever you are lady, stop bringing your problems to work and I wish you nothing but good karma and fortune. A little professionalism would for sure help attract those benevolent energies. #godspeed

No way of getting in contact. Have not received mail in 3 days. I’m hoping I can get the mail today since I’m home. Going to try to catch him before he drives off.

The USPS office I went to has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employees were rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was some kind of personal inconvenience. No one explained anything, no one tried to help, and when I asked a simple question I was met with attitude and eye rolling instead of answers. The whole experience felt unprofessional and chaotic. Staff clearly didn’t care, and it showed. If you don’t want to deal with customers, maybe don’t work a customer facing job.

The people working the counter are excessively rude. I did not feel comfortable asking questions, there wasnt even a line so there was no reason to be rushed the way I was. I ESPECIALLY take issue with how the people working reached over and checked the client review button before I could even READ it. That was unprofessional.
