It was a black lady that took my package and she acted like she was mute and couldn’t use her voice to speak.

He has zero respect for women and rather argue with a customer than help find a solution. The customer service at this post office overall sucks which is why they have a 2.2 review. It should be a 1 star! At the rate they’re going under the bald head man’s management they will be at a 1 soon.
