    The employees have no customer service skills. The store was completely empty when I came in and they were all talking with each other and I stood there for a good minute until someone finally acknowledge me. It was a black lady that took my package and she acted like she was mute and couldn’t use her voice to speak.

    Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a post office. The bald head manager is very sarcastic and rude. He has zero respect for women and rather argue with a customer than help find a solution. The customer service at this post office overall sucks which is why they have a 2.2 review. It should be a 1 star! At the rate they’re going under the bald head man’s management they will be at a 1 soon.
