    Why does all mail have to go through Greensboro? These incompetent people ripped my check after it took a week and a half to get 1 state over. They couldnt do anything about it and I desperately needed that money to pay for bills. Now its been sent to me agian and 2 weeks later havent gotten a thing in the mail. Ive been waiting literally a month to get this when I should have had it not ripped not tore but whole 2 weeks ago now here I am a month later and still have nothing!!!! Incompetent idiots!! I will never use the postal service in North Carolina agian! Absolutely incompetent people working there.

    Ken the gentlemen with 30 years of experience needs to learn how to communicate with individuals and be taught some kindness. His demeanor is disgusting and he lacks professionalism.

    1st package they failed to deliver. Lied and said my property manager told the delivery driver I didn’t live at my address. My package came back and forth from Ohio to NC three times. I had to wait to get it in Ohio. My address my accurate. Second time, misdelivered. Package is delivered, just not to me. Showed up in person twice. Got the run around. Left my number. No call. Poor management and driver standards. Zero accountability.

    So if I can give them no stars, I would.As of right now, my package is lost.And of course, it's a very, very important package.Can't get anyone to answer phone.Can't talk to a human can.Only talk to a computer.I hate the future
