- DTDakotah ThompsonDec 16, 20251.0I came to pick up my packages twice because I have issues with my neighbor stealing my mail the lady tried to tell me I can't do that because I'm stopping everybody else from getting their mail if they do move to that address and like I told her I know how the mail process works that only applies to the people that live in that address and I only have two people that live there that required a hold that has nothing to do with the new residence so because I wouldn't put up with her attitude or how they treat me she sent me to somebody else to be taken care of because I wouldn't let her make me feel like an idiot like I don't know how the process works and then continue to be disrespectful as I was walking out asking me my personal business is not her job description terrible post office service

Not a single care to reach out if property were damaged or invalid, eventhough a phone number and address was listed on package. Terrible service when tried to confront them about the situation. They couldnt do anything about it and I desperately needed that money to pay for bills. Now its been sent to me agian and 2 weeks later havent gotten a thing in the mail. Ive been waiting literally a month to get this when I should have had it not ripped not tore but whole 2 weeks ago now here I am a month later and still have nothing!!!! Incompetent idiots!! I will never use the postal service in North Carolina agian! Absolutely incompetent people working there.
