I’m not sure what they are doing to their employees but they are seem irritated at anything and I just want to know what happened to my package, I called all the phone numbers and nobody answered. Very frustrating but they don’t care so don’t waste your time coming, just wait I guess… I’m not sure

I came to pick up my packages twice because I have issues with my neighbor stealing my mail the lady tried to tell me I can't do that because I'm stopping everybody else from getting their mail if they do move to that address and like I told her I know how the mail process works that only applies to the people that live in that address and I only have two people that live there that required a hold that has nothing to do with the new residence so because I wouldn't put up with her attitude or how they treat me she sent me to somebody else to be taken care of because I wouldn't let her make me feel like an idiot like I don't know how the process works and then continue to be disrespectful as I was walking out asking me my personal business is not her job description terrible post office service

Package wasn't delivered to desired destination, After two months of waiting without any notification. Not a single care to reach out if property were damaged or invalid, eventhough a phone number and address was listed on package. Terrible service when tried to confront them about the situation. All the help we received was to go online and file a complaint, when we did what was recommended, still haven't heard anything until day of the present. Terrible service

My package arrived here from Raleigh at 5AM two days ago on Tuesday. Now, 48 hours later it's still sitting there. I try to call there, but all I get is the run around with their 800 number. Where is my package ?
