Hilltop is a finance station. Your mail is delivered from a CARRIER STATION. Your poor reviews are not relevant for Hilltop unless it involves a window clerk. Thanks

It’s not a gated community and I often have packages dropped off directly at my door but for some reason this post office is so lazy that instead of coming to the door to ask for a signature, they didn’t even attempt to get a signature and dropped off a missed package slip in the mailbox located at the front office of the apt complex like they expected me to be waiting at the front office of the apt complex all day to sign for delivery.

The lable was delivered in my mail box, then when I called they say it was delivered ...... 50lb suitcase in a mail box. Everyone I talked to have me a different story like they where covering for each other. Never found my suit case total loss for me lost all my dress clothing as well as suits. 1000000% will never ship with them.
