- MYMJ YanFeb 8, 20261.0As a federal service, USPS is expected to follow its posted operating hours—not open at its own discretion. I visited this location on Saturday during the stated lunch closure from 1:00–2:00 PM, arriving at 1:55 PM and waiting for the office to reopen. Despite waiting until 2:45 PM, the doors remained closed with no notice or explanation. Posted hours should be accurate and reliable, as customers plan their time accordingly. This experience reflects a lack of accountability and respect for the public.
- FFfaeJan 12, 20262.0This business is not accessible. There is no button to open any of the doors and the one desk at a low enough level for wheelchair users is not always available. In addition, the check out interface is still located on the higher counter without a long enough cord to be utilized on the lower level. The ramp is narrow and a bit of a steep grade. The staff have a tendency to talk and defer to any able bodied companion i have with me.

The I wait for ten minutes along with another gentleman who was there before me & never see not one postal worker. No sign, no explanation, just nobody. Drove to another Post office & it had closed 3 minutes before I arrived.
