Done a change of address and never received my mail. Whe. The guy told me that it could take 2 weeks and now it is going to be about a month. When I have important mail coming, but it going to the old address and it has sensitive information on it. It does not make any sense at all. Cannot get help from the 1-800 or the local number. That's what they do in NC.
