When I went in to get documents printed he was so rude, smart mouth, arrogant and the absolute worse human being I have ever met. If it wasn't for my own patience I would have came across that counter because he is god awful. I have contacted corporate and he needs to be fired immediately!!!!

I came in under a great deal of pressure and urgently needed assistance with multiple services, having documents notarized, copied, and faxed. From the moment Barisi began assisting me, she was kind, attentive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to ensure everything was completed correctly and went above and beyond by clearly explaining pricing and delivery options so there were no surprises. Her professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier to manage, and I truly felt valued as a customer. During my visit, I also witnessed a very challenging situation involving another customer who became irate and verbally aggressive toward Mya because they did not want to wait their turn. Despite being treated disrespectfully, Mya remained calm, composed, and professional, continuing to assist customers with grace. Barisi also stepped in appropriately, and together they handled the situation with remarkable poise and teamwork. It was refreshing and reassuring to see two employees maintain such a high level of professionalism under pressure. Their actions reflect positively on your company, and I genuinely believe Barisi and Mya are valuable assets to your team who deserve recognition. I truly hope management formally recognizes Barisi and Mya for their professionalism, teamwork, and dedication.This experience made my day, reinforced my trust in this location, and ensured that I will absolutely be returning in the future.
