From the smile, to the happy feeling she gave off, and the realization this was genuinely a good person. A rare gem in the world today. Thank you UPS for hiring this young lady. I did not get her name, but she wore a headband; you have to know who I am talking about; there are no others like her. 2/25/26 at 1:01pm. By the way, I do not do reviews, but I made an exception for her.

I came in around 6:20pm last week thinking they close @ 7pm with over 50 drop-offs and she welcomed me with a genuine smile. She patiently helped me through every package without hesitation and never made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Her positive attitude and kindness never changed even with such a large workload. what impressed me most was that she refused a tip. She simply wanted to help. that level of care is rare to find these days. Linda truly goes above and beyond and represents this UPS store with excellence.
