    Let me just start off by saying it was a pleasure to be greeted with a beautiful smile by Ms. Linda as I walked inside UPS. I came in to mail off my Amazon package and was a little concern because I did it for the location on Pisghah Church. She told me no worries and it would be mailed off no matter the location. I thanked her for her GREAT customer service and told her I would be returning due to the GREAT experience!!!!

    Linda was incredible. I had a 27 package order and it took over 2 hours. She worked with me and was able to maintain keeping other customers taken care of. We had to create 27 different labels going to different places. I knew right away that Linda was the manager. She was so kind over the phone and in person. The West friendly denied helping me. Stating it was too much and was going to take too long and I pretty much wasted my time going to that crap store. Linda was the bomb. Thank you so much for your help (if you see this!)

    My favorite store because of an awesome employee named Linda. She meets you once and then everytime afterwards you are greeted by name with a big smile filled with warmth. I won't go any where else - she is THE best! Want to look forward to doing your errands, go visit Linda at this location!
