  The staff here is always super kind and helpful but today they went above and beyond spreading Christmas magic and making my kids day! Must secretly be santas elves working there 😉 I regret not getting their names but I appreciate them so very much! My kids have not stopped talking about their experience at the Ups Store all day, so so sweet!

  One of the employees at this UPS store is extremely unprofessional and rude!! The employee literally messed up my field-print I-9 verification process by not having a clue about the process; nor did this employee have the patience to understand and listen to me. The employee cancelled my appointment for their own lack of knowledge about the USCIS docs / process!! (NOT MY PROBLEM) Also, the employee warned me to not touch and point to the correct option on the screen; like I was defrauding my own I-9 to land up with bigger mess??!! The employee asks me to say my name and date of birth fairly loud & clear... a big NO NO when there are 10 people gathered around this sensitive private information computer!! Come on UPS - use some common sense when laying out your office spaces. The field print I-9 computer has very confidential info - DOB, SSN, name you need to have a secure location for 1 person at a time; not a spot where there's a line of people overlooking the SSN you type!!! Honestly, you don't need a UPS employee to help with this. The person needing I-9 are old enough to do it themselves. If there's a problem; the USCIS or employer can always kick it back and have them re-do. So, why put an employee who is not aware of the process and then deal with all this drama??!! I was lucky to get another appointment on the same day and completed the process. Overall, a pathetic experience at this UPS store!!

  Kristen and Stefanie were both polite, nice, and greeted me from the time I opened the door!!! Absolutely amazing customer service. I truly appreciate it. I actually never received such great customer service at a UPS STORE! Thanks so much Stefanie and Kristen. Also I think Kristen said she’s a new employee! She is killing it already! And thanks to both of them for letting me use their tape gun lol
