  Avoid this atrocious location. The people here are rude, half ass do their job and don't fix mistakes that they make. I brought a package here to be shipped out and it shipped right back to my house. When i brought it back to so they could scan the QR Code they told me to contact Amazon to cancel the return and get a new QR code which i couldn't do because the return had already been processed. Go to ANY location other than this one.

  Awful customer service, let other people in but Then they lock the door. I arrived 10 minutes to close, wouldn’t open the door to accept packages.

  We had several items to return on 2 visits. They were patient and very kind on a busy day.

  ASSISTANT MANAGER, FATIMA, WAS EXTREMELY RUDE! I attempted to use the barcode scanner so I wouldn't have to bother the employees. It got hung up and so Fatima called me to her station and I asked for help. She was very short and said "well, what does it say". I explained I needed to scan 2 codes and it wouldn't let me continue. She walked over and told me that she didnt know what I did but if I tried to scan the second one, I messed it up. Told me I could take a picture of my return label and that's all she could do for me for that package. Took me over to the register and told me to pull up my barcode. I asked if it was the Amazon one she needed and she, again, extremely rudely said that that is what she had already told me. I, frustrated at this point with her rudeness, said "I just didnt hear you". By the time I turned around to leave, Fatima and her coworker were already laughing and talking about me before I ever got out of the store as if I were the offending party who was rude the entire interaction.

  Really rude employees acting like they couldn’t be bothered to tell me where to place my package that was too large to fit into the drop box at their kiosk. Would have rather dealt with robots than to have been met with their bad attitudes… and that’s saying a lot considering how much I am averse to AI taking over everything.
