- EBElaine BrimhallSep 7, 20251.0I've had terrible customer support from RXO before, so when I saw they were the delivery service for my box spring. I knew it would be a problem. I recieved several texts confirming the delivery. The delivery never came. No calls, no updates. Then, and hour after they closed, the link updated to say that I refused the order due to damage, not true since i never even saw the order. Fortunately, as soon as I saw RXO was responsible for delivery, I had a backup plan and I already have the product I need from another company. I'll be returning the item, just like I did the last time RXO was responsible for my delivery.

Driver drove by our house took a picture of our house and said couldn't deliver because we had dogs. Didn't pull in the driveway, didnt call just drove off. With my wife sitting inside the house. When we called they lied to us about the whole deal and was completely rude. Had to reschedule and now someone has to take another day off to wait on a terrible delivery service. This is unacceptable! You have one job to deliver and didnt.
