He was able to multi-tasking that, helping with copy questions, and came over to take my package and give me a receipt so I didn't have to wait. He did all this with a smile. I'm in this store 3-4 times a week and Cody always greets me with a smile. I rarely have to wait. This is by far the best FedEx store I visit. Thank you for hiring such efficient and courteous staff. It's much appreciated by this customer.
