    Has to be the worst customer service ever, I ordered a treadmill from dicks sporting goods, it was scheduled to be delivered one day but the driver supposedly called in sick and I was notified the day of the delivery after already taking off. The delivery was rescheduled the following week between 9-12 am I called at 12 and was told the driver would be here between 3-6pm. This is an awful company save yourself the time and go pickup whatever you get from the store if AIT has anything to do with the delivery.

    After the FIRST scheduled delivery was delayed, I called to see what was going on. I was told the driver attempted to call me (they didn't), that they had already spoken to me (they hadn't), and customer service assured me I would receive my package the next day between 9 and 11 am. The SECOND scheduled delivery I called 1.5 hours into that 2 hour window. They told me not to worry, they were still loading it onto the truck (after telling me the night before it was already on the truck) and that I would receive my package in the next 30 minutes. I didn't. When the THIRD scheduled delivery was missed, my husband attempted to escalate the issue to a manager. We were told that they were still picking up our package from the airport! It was not on the truck, never had been, and no delivery attempt was ever attempted. But we would absolutely receive our package the next day. I cancelled my out of town trip to be home for delivery. Halfway through the day on our FOURTH scheduled delivery I called to see if there was an ETA. This time I was told there was absolutely no intent to deliver that day, someone would call me mid-next week to schedule an appointment. At this point I've given up and started to look into other options. They decided to deliver on a SUNDAY with no appointment at all. I had no idea they were ever going to show up until they were already here. The package was damaged and the THIS SIDE UP arrow was pointing to the floor when they finally delivered.

    BEWARE** Made an online purchase and the seller used AIT to deliver, or rather steal the purchase and refuse to deliver. The local delivery company they outsourced to in Durham NC was rude and unprofessional. Broken English and no knowledge of logistical business. They lie and say they call and email you and NEVER do, when you call them they refuse to schedule. When they finally agreed to deliver my item, they never called or showed up on the date they said they would. I had to request a refund from the seller and report the item as stolen. The seller is working on terminating their contract with AIT.

    Got a delivery window of 4 hours. After the 4 hours was up I called to find out if they were running late or it was rescheduled without my knowledge. I was told they couldn't get in touch with the delivery terminal in my area because it was passed 5pm. Why have your terminals close knowing customers could still have deliveries around 5? If a delivery is going to be delayed or late you should be notifying the customer via the phone number or email they provided.
