- LMLogan MatthewsJan 27, 20251.0Has to be the worst customer service ever, I ordered a treadmill from dicks sporting goods, it was scheduled to be delivered one day but the driver supposedly called in sick and I was notified the day of the delivery after already taking off. The delivery was rescheduled the following week between 9-12 am I called at 12 and was told the driver would be here between 3-6pm. This is an awful company save yourself the time and go pickup whatever you get from the store if AIT has anything to do with the delivery.

My TV was not delivered on November 15th, as they claim they attempted to call and deliver the TV. This was in fact a LIE. I have cameras at my home and someone is always home, and I always answer the phone. Therefore, my delivery was rescheduled for 6 days later, based on a LIE. I attempted to call the numbers listed here on google, and neither numbers worked. What kind of customer service is this? I know to never purchase anything through delivery from BJ's again if they continue to use this company.
