  Has to be the worst customer service ever, I ordered a treadmill from dicks sporting goods, it was scheduled to be delivered one day but the driver supposedly called in sick and I was notified the day of the delivery after already taking off. The delivery was rescheduled the following week between 9-12 am I called at 12 and was told the driver would be here between 3-6pm. This is an awful company save yourself the time and go pickup whatever you get from the store if AIT has anything to do with the delivery.

  Missed a 12 hour delivery window not due to weather, or holiday, just poor service. Help desk was useless and just told me to call thw local dock. So after having to be home all day I get a text that informed me my shipment would be moved from Friday to Monday with another 12 hour window... So long story short, use any other shipper if you want to freight on time.

  So bad, horrible customer service. Rude people, not reliable. Stay away from them! I don’t understand how they still can be in business

  Terrible customer service, bought something from dicks. They sent these people to deliver it. Dicks dropped the ball and didn't have all the equipment boxes. Lady on the phone told my wife she would have the techs possibly come back that day once the other box arrived ( I own a home service buisness and new she was blowing smoke) no way they could double back in the route. But she stated if they couldn't they would call with a few dates to reschedule the install that day. Wife called and texted the csr rep multiple times with no response. Finally received a call back four days later lmfao, I've already put it together myself at that point. Dicks offered full refund and of course didn't honor it so they got away with a few dollars. However I can guarantee that If I ever order anything and see this company is listed for the delivery and installation the order will be canceled. Best advice is get a responsive csr rep, would have been fine if they were just honest and said it's the holidays we are backed up it will be a few days until we contact you. Just don't lie to your customers.

  I ordered a TV from BJ's and AIT is the company handling delivery logistics. My TV was not delivered on November 15th, as they claim they attempted to call and deliver the TV. This was in fact a LIE. I have cameras at my home and someone is always home, and I always answer the phone. Therefore, my delivery was rescheduled for 6 days later, based on a LIE. I attempted to call the numbers listed here on google, and neither numbers worked. What kind of customer service is this? I know to never purchase anything through delivery from BJ's again if they continue to use this company.
