  My experience working with addeco staffing has been up and down. Some of the staff are really amazing to work with but the upper management is certainly not. I was placed at Ralph Lauren during peak season and I can definitely say it was quite fun! I am still grateful for the experience despite the harsh treatment I received from management. Money is nice during peak and you can make quite a bit so it's amazing for a quick buck. If you're looking for a long term place? I'm here to tell you not to waste your time. Ralph Lauren will not hire you on permanent and they will certainly get rid of you if you do something they don't like. It's only now after the experience I've personally had and reading the reviews that I realize how true it is. I worked there for about 2 months before I was terminated suddenly for "Poor performance". (Mind you I was kept after the assignment deadline because my performance was great) They waited until I was not there to send a text that I no longer had a job! When I asked the supervisor of Ralph Lauren why I was terminated and if I could have proof of performance, he added the addeco supervisor to talk for him and basically shut me down for asking for my performance while telling me it's my fault. Addeco nor Ralph Lauren were willing to tell me why I was truly terminated, and now I have doubts because of the pure unwillingness to even show me my performance, they can't even produce numbers to prove that it was my fault. I think it has to do with a situation I was facing at work with some of the first shift members in which first shift was harassing the second shift temps. When I mentioned a serious event that was occuring that I thought may be a danger to me, 2 days later I'm terminated for "performance". They refused to even move me away from the problem when I asked! Just automatic termination! Just a warning, if you become a "problem" in any way, shape or form for Ralph Lauren, they will get rid of you. Even if it's not your fault. So please, if you're looking for a long term job to support yourself/family. Be careful of Ralph Lauren.

  Tried to access my W2 for days through the app and the website doesn't work, then I tried to call and none of my calls are being answered or returned... I shouldn't have to drive up to the office to gain access to something that could quickly be managed over the phone. 0 stars.

  It was a bad experience, but not an unbearable one. Onboarding was a breeze, but despite my inquiry about the delay in my background check, no one responded to my phone calls or made a follow-up. Consequently, I missed orientation, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. While waiting, I received a job offer from another company and accepted it without hesitation. Thanks anyway!
