- FMFart McMastersJan 30, 20261.0Always issues with this post office and its delivery people. Latest one was they refused to deliver a package due to “hazardous conditions.” Roads were all clear and there was a totally cleared path in the driveway, from the road to the front door, just to accommodate any deliveries. Just too lazy to want to work and looking for any excuse to phone it in. Amazingly the fedex and ups guys made their deliveries with no issues.
- CCChris CampbellDec 16, 20251.0Very rude employees that work here I had to call and call and call to ask a simple question, you can't hardly ever get anyone there on the phone, and when they do answer they are very rude and short tempered. Also the mail carriers are very frustrating one day you'll have your mail at 9 am and the next 7 pm very inconsistent.

The first one is the hours need to be a 8-5 with a rotating lunch schedule for the employees to always be upfront. I would like my packages in the boxes in the lobby that have a key and you can get them that afternoon when they are closed. Other then that, this place is always clean when I've been in there. Staff has been very nice when I need something. Thank you Granite Falls Post Office.
- PLpaula lynnApr 15, 20221.0Very annoyed today. My mail person pushed a package too large for my mailbox so far back that I had to take a knife and cut it out. I am 75yo standing at a mailbox right on a busy road. Not acceptable. I live in Granada Farms.
