- RHRita HollanderAug 19, 20251.0They need to train their mail carriers a little more. I'm constantly getting someone else's mail in my box. Today, a package I've been waiting for was supposedly left in my box. There was no package in my box! I filed a report. This needs to stop!

First I didn't request that, second when I call im always getting hung up on. I work until 5 I cant always get there before it closes. I apparently cant have a family member pick up the package, found that out by the 800 number, so aggravated.
- DSDj StokleyFeb 4, 20251.0Trying to get a hold of the postmaster is a joke. I live in the apartment complex right off of 321A and our mail constantly gets screwed up. At least once a week I'm out knocking on my neighbor's doors handing them mail that was put in my mailbox. When the older lady does the mail it's perfect. When everybody else does the mail I have to play mailman. Why don't you hire me? Or at least pay me for delivering my mail to my neighbors. I understand nowadays that it's hard to hire people and your candidates aren't worth a damn. But at least find people who know how to read an address. I have done this for over a year once a week at least. Get your act together.
