Horrible location.. TWICE now I have scheduled a package pickup during the regular mail routine through the app, and they have failed to pick up the package, but mark it as picked up anyways. Both times I've gotten a hold of customer service and I'm fed excuses with no offer to make it right. I couldn't be more disappointed with this location.

These employees are in everyone’s business, but their own. I went in and sent three copies of my ID, and they questioned what was inside (as it was thick paper.) I also work for a delivering company and I know that you’re not supposed to ask questions unless there is something odorly or very distinct in the package. I was sending out an envelope. How disappointed. do better USPS in graham!

I do business here every day almost, I would give the people here a 5 star review every other time. ONE single time I had a error on a shipping label and figured out exactly 1 hour after I dropped it off, I went back in to fix it, they acted like it was a problem, they helped other customers instead of just grabbing it I already had a label ready printed out they didn’t have to do anything but let me stick the new shipping label on, do better USPS. You guys singled me out and made me feel like I was crazy for asking to fix a error on my shipping label

Went in to send off an envelope that weighs ‘1.90 oz’ that I have sent in first class with tracking DOZENS of times and they REFUSED to send it through first class which is $1.07 and told me “I have to send it through ground advantage” which is $7.90!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and whoever is in charge of teaching these employees needs to step it up because that is absurd.
