As far as businesses go, this one is top notch and I’m pretty sure we all know why I’m not sure the woman’s name but she’s a tall black woman. She’s super knowledgeable extremely efficient extremely accurate and always very friendly.

I had to take a moment to shout out Mrs. Kristy and Mr. Cameron at the Graham post office for truly going above and beyond. Just before the New Year and right after Christmas, I lost my keys while traveling, which unfortunately included my mailbox key. To make matters more stressful, my car registration was inside the mailbox and was about to expire, and I had just recently moved to North Carolina. When I first went to the post office to explain the situation, I spoke with a woman whose name I don’t remember. She was dismissive, very short, and showed little empathy. I explained my situation and urgency, and she essentially told me there was nothing she could do other than change the locks and it’ll be days (she couldn’t say how many). It was her mannerisms and facial expressions that were very off putting. I left feeling discouraged and tried one last time to locate my keys before committing to that process. When I returned, I was helped by Mrs. Kristy, and the experience was completely different. While she explained the same policy, she took the extra step to take down my number, and reach out to the mail carrier on my behalf to identify when he would be in my area so I could possibly access my mailbox the following day while waiting for the lock change. She followed up exactly as she promised the very next morning and provided a time window. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the mailbox, I had just missed the carrier (a neighbor informed me they left 45 minutes earlier). I called the post office again and spoke with Mr. Cameron. Instead of passing me off or stopping there, he called the carrier directly, learned he was ahead of schedule, and arranged for him to come back and meet me. Because of that extra effort, I was able to retrieve my registration. This experience is a true reminder that kindness, empathy, and customer service still exist. Had I not come back, I don’t know that I would have had the same outcome. I am incredibly thankful things worked out the way they did and wanted to make sure someone knew how kind, patient, and helpful Mrs. Kristy and Mr. Cameron were. They made a stressful situation feel manageable, and that matters more than they probably realize.

They somehow forgot to scan my package and the package was lost for over two weeks. Was a package to a customer and had to take the loss and refund customer and sent back by carrier. Never doing business here again.

The second time the mailman goes to the wrong mobile home number. I was waiting for a package from my mom and they handed it off to some other address. Why don’t these people ask for an ID!
