I spoke with a young lady name Tuesdae', the graphic designer there and she was incredible! She truly listened to my concerns and understood exactly what I needed. Not only did the 18x24 turn out lovely, but she even went the extra mile to help me frame it so it was event ready. Professional, talented, and fast! Ask for Tuesdae' if you need it done right!

I was so thankful because a wonderful young lady, Julie Niering, not only told me how and the steps to get these items returned but helped me, SHOWED me the steps. Perfect ending to a disappointing Staples site and Amazon return. Didn’t like having to pay Amazon a fee for using someone other than Staples. Again thank you Julie and UPS for your service today
