- KPKira ParksNov 6, 20251.0Today 11/06/25, I was in there for a passport. A rude man working there lied saying there was no “equipment” to get a passport today. Next, he proceeds to tell me to come back in 20 minutes until the lady that does passports gets back from break. 30 minutes passes by & we tell the lady we’re trying to get a passport, it was obvious that he coached her telling her what to say & until she finally broke & allowed us to get the passport. Thankfully my interaction with lady was more positive.
- MMMike mooreJun 17, 20251.0USPS William Street: I apologize for coming in at 2 pm on Tuesday afternoon when you were not busy and yet you were still rude and indifferent. For 30 years I’ve avoided using the William Street office except when absolutely necessary. It’s an embarrassment for the city of Goldsboro yet we have tolerated bad behavior by counter staff far too long. I don’t expect it to change. The behavior is still unacceptable. It’s a colossal failure on supervisory staff who are aware, tolerant, and ineffective in correcting these poor examples of treatment to postal patrons. SHAME ON YOU.

Honestly they should be embarrassed, but i completely understand they were just raised that way and this is the only job they could get 😂.
