Next, he proceeds to tell me to come back in 20 minutes until the lady that does passports gets back from break. 30 minutes passes by & we tell the lady we’re trying to get a passport, it was obvious that he coached her telling her what to say & until she finally broke & allowed us to get the passport. Thankfully my interaction with lady was more positive.

I was home waiting on my package yesterday and I watched them put a pink slip in my mail box saying "sorry we missed you, pick up at post office". I guess they didn't feel like asking me to sign for it? The number for redelivery doesn't work.
