- EJErnest JohnsonJul 28, 20251.0Correct me if I'm wrong....but from my understanding, Certified mail generally requires a signature upon delivery., so today, there was a note left in my mailbox stating that a delivery attempt was made for certified mail....however, I was home, and I watched the postal worker on my camera......which she never attempted to get out of the truck to deliver the certified mail to be signed at the door, which is ridiculous, now I have to go to the post office to pick up the certified mail because you refused not to carry out your job duties. It's bad enough when mail always ends up in the wrong boxes, but to just flat out, leave a notice in the mail box without attempting to get a signature for the certified mail is just plain ridiculous. Some homes do have cameras and they pick up everything!
