- EJErnest JohnsonJul 28, 20251.0Correct me if I'm wrong....but from my understanding, Certified mail generally requires a signature upon delivery., so today, there was a note left in my mailbox stating that a delivery attempt was made for certified mail....however, I was home, and I watched the postal worker on my camera......which she never attempted to get out of the truck to deliver the certified mail to be signed at the door, which is ridiculous, now I have to go to the post office to pick up the certified mail because you refused not to carry out your job duties. It's bad enough when mail always ends up in the wrong boxes, but to just flat out, leave a notice in the mail box without attempting to get a signature for the certified mail is just plain ridiculous. Some homes do have cameras and they pick up everything!
- RMRetroStorm MediaDec 31, 20205.0(This is for cashwell/berkely PO in Goldsboro) Very kind people. My pakages almost always get delivered on time and in good condition. The old driver on my route was really awesome but retired I think. New driver seems to be working quite well too I can't remember the last time I had an actual late package. Never had any missing mail or packages either. Whenever we bring in packages to send out of state to family they're always helpful with the process. We never had any problems. They deserve so much respect for the amount of work they've been put through this whole year. But boy do they deserve better pay. Much love to them and I hope they continue to improve further.
- AGAmber GilpinDec 20, 20131.0The absolute worst post office location and experience. The employees and carriers are extremely rude and inconsiderate. I tried speaking with the manager of this location to voice my concerns and was basically told if I don't like the way they handle things or deliver packages then I didn't need to ship through them! The carriers insist on stuffing my packages into the very small apt metal mailbox even though we have an apt office that handles all packages usps, ups, and fedex. If you are looking for friendly customer service and to receive your packages in one piece; then I strongly recommend shipping through a different company.
