I’ve ensured due to what I’m asking that they please take their time around other customers and just call me when it’s ready. If you need a large scale printing order, and are not on an unreasonable time constraint, I highly recommend our local Staples here. That being said - send the files in batches by email, as uploading them for an online order came with limitations that weren’t expected or known. I’m also sure not everyone has ridiculously large quantity printing needs, as I did, but know they can get it done for you! Just coordinate with their team. I’ve always had great experiences with projects in the past, but this one was huge and important so I knew I needed to give their staff a shout out!

Olivia, in the printing department, went above and beyond to help me and get what I needed perfect. She had the best attitude and was so gracious, kind and professional. The store was quite busy, so she waited on other customers while helping me and never acted flustered or frustrated with having to go back and forth but rather met every customer with a smile and patient demeanor. Absolutely the best attitude and work ethic I have seen in far too long.
