At Glen Alpine, the Desk clerk was so friendly and it wasn't anything like the tension that I had felt at the Morganton post office. I felt belittled with every question I had. The lady at Glen Alpine was a pleasant breeze of fresh air! She explained the process of my return with patience and grace. She didn't shout, make smart rhetorics or give bad looks or try to make me feel as if I was bothering her. I will go there from now on. It was also a cleaner and friendlier atmosphere! Thank God for options.
