From latoya just for me to get the payment approved and all of a sudden the system crashes and the money is “ lost” to me it seems like they are running some sort of scam It’s the holiday lets me fr I watched a lady come in and get a money order and left out with no issues I had to wait there for 5 hrs for a post master to show up so in other words I honestly don’t recommend I’m walking out with no money! And no money order I was told from a worker that this type of behavior is not new

Every single thing I’ve ordered online has been “held for pickup at the request of the customer,” which is blatantly untrue as I don’t have a car and can’t go get them. I have a feeling employees here are doing some shady things to keep from delivering certain packages because I have never received the slip they’re supposed to leave for a rescheduled delivery. So I’m calling them liars essentially, yes. As others stated, nobody answers the phone at this location. I have no way to contact them about redelivering. I don’t even know what to do. Y’all are just irresponsible and awful.
