It was my first time ever applying for a passport and I was nervous, but Tina was so kind and helpful. She was very efficient and thorough in handling the paperwork required. Thank you so much for the excellent experience!

It's already a shame that they've taken away 2 day shipping and the only option now is overnight (112.00!!! 👀) or 3 day and there's no guarantee for 3 says-Could be FOUR so forget sending anything perishable to your loved ones. My frozen cake I was sending to my children got to this facility @11:56 am today (mind you I already had to do 3 day shipping smh!) And @ 5 pm!!! It STILL hasn't arrived. I will definitely be using the $100 insurance if anything is spoiled upon delivery!
