I came here in person to make an appointment and got no help after “knock on the door and take a seat”. Why even have a sign up if no one will help!?

I believe they stole my package. That is very sad and ridiculous, I had to do a replacement order with Amazon. Thank god for them. Please don’t send your stuff to this post office. You will never received it!!
