- MWMadison WhittakerFeb 5, 20261.0Terrible had a package that was missing part of my address and they know I’m the only one in this area with that address instead of calling the phone number that they have down for packageus a package or even letting me come they want to resend my package before it even barely gets delivered to the ups You have to call so many automated systems before you can even talk to someone you can’t even just call the UPS and tell them to hold your package and you’ll come get it yourself. It’s ridiculous so tired of this crap.
