It’s ridiculous so tired of this crap.

I see how they communicate with customers and they don't make you feel like you're annoying them or being burdensome like you feel at most shipping locations. You all should keep it up.

They're almost always super busy with many customers flowing in when I'm there, so I'm sure that makes it hard, but they have been so helpful, patient, and diligent. Colin helped me twice and a teammate of his patiently helped me print a document, even catching a mistake in how my file was formatted. So grateful for them!
