    We had an overnight delivery that was not delivered on time. We called to speak to a CS rep to get it resolved. The rep lied to us about the status. It had been delivered to the terminal 24 hrs earlier, placed on a delivery vehicle and went back to the terminal. I offered to pick it up myself, they would not discuss that. We are at the end of another day, still do not have it resolved and the package is still in the terminal. My package is the hostage but i don't know the demand to get it.

    Awful! Their App is inconsistent. 1-800 number cannot give me a straight answer. Very important package is “out for delivery” yet is not able to be located. Delivery Manager App says tracking number has more than one package. Package could not be located on Delivery Map because it was said the Delivery Map was not available at this time. UPS and USPS outshine this company by leaps and bounds.
