  Yomary and the team here are simply amazing. This is a clean store and it it organized no matter what time of the day you come in. The print department works hard to get my multiple orders correct! This is my spot to go to when I need something dome right!

  I arrived 6 minutes before closing and just wanted to return an Amazon package. I wasn't let in. Absolutely no customer service!

  I am extremely disappointed with the lack of honesty in the tech department at this location. I came in to print documents, and because my laptop wouldn't connect to their specific Wi-Fi, the technician immediately claimed it was a 'hardware problem' and tried to charge me $182 for a repair without even looking at the machine. ​I explained that my Wi-Fi works perfectly at home, so it clearly wasn't a hardware issue, but he insisted it was broken and refused to provide the guest password. To test his expertise, I asked him to check my speakers (which actually do have a static noise), and he simply said, 'we can't do that here.' ​It felt like he was targeting me for an easy sale by using technical jargon to justify a high price for a problem that didn't exist. I took my computer home, and it connected to my internet instantly. Please be careful and get a second opinion before trusting their 'diagnostics' or paying their high fees."

  I didn’t realize Staples had stepped up its game over the years. The print center here is professional; it’s huge, and everybody who was working this morning (March 11) really knew their stuff and worked well together to move the line quickly. I’ve also learned that you can drop off UPS and USPS here and get a receipt with a tracking number, although USPS doesn’t pick up more than once every 4-6 days. I’ll definitely be back here for prints.
