They had a huge line and typically fashion, I observed that many didn’t have things filled out , including myself. And Steve was navigating the situation and keeping things streamlined while not sending anyone to the back of the line to fix their mistakes. He should be considered for evaluation for other usps workers because I never got the feeling that people were upset or frustrated and with how busy the store was, it wouldn’t surprise me at all that someone would get a little anxious. Hats off to Steve and his work buddy.
