  Lamont is awesome! :) We walked in the store with a box. The people in the store greeted us and told us to sign in... And so we did. As we were signing in Lamont walked in the door and asked if we were good and I said yes.. he had the biggest personable smile and I loved it :-). He asked if we were returning routers and I said yes..... As they were sitting in the box in front of me... and he said you don't have to sign in and he told us if we go 3 doors down to UPS.. all we have to do is show them and they'll give us a receipt and we'll be good to go! We are in a hurry so I can't tell you how much I appreciate his observation and cheerful greeting!

  The staff are always so nice and willing to explain things and try to find the cheapest option for me when it comes to shipping out a package or packages. Emily helped me today and she went above and beyond and was so professional and so nice! I’ve never had a bad experience here and highly recommend this location!

  BUSINESSES BEWARE!! Had a delivery attempt from UPS that failed (long story) so I had it rerouted to the nearest access point, which is here. I don't live near the business so made extra sure that the employee I would be sending could get the package with no trouble. Followed the instructions, appointed a designated pickup person who would have an ID and the tracking number as stated on the website, the confirmation email and half a dozen other places. She shows up to get our package and the staff REFUSE to give it to her! Even when shown the rules on the website saying this is allowed, even offering to send her a copy of MY I.D. as proof, nope! I'm like you've literally never had a business send an employee to pick up a package before??? So yeah, now my package will be there for a week and get sent back and I'll have to order somewhere else, hopefully that uses FedEx! (Yeah same deal with ANY package btw, so don't think you can go get your elderly mother's package either, if you don't have the same last name or address, you are screwed!)

  I went there a few times every time I go there the employee is very kind and they explained to me what I need. I appreciate it to UPS.

  My husband will not go anywhere to ship off a product unless its at this location 🙄 The customer service is beyond 5 stars🌟 ....and Earlene is the best!!! If only they could clone her customer service skills, put them in a bottle and pass them around for others to learn what excellent customer service skills looks like... Thank you UPS on behalf of Kurt with KD Foods. 🤍❣
