During my visit, I thought I had all my labels ready—but of course, technology had other plans! I couldn’t pull up any of my UPS labels at the counter. Emily was so patient while I tried everything—resetting the app, restarting my phone—nothing worked. She kindly offered to let me connect to the store Wi-Fi 🪄 and it finally worked! Even when I realized the labels were the wrong ones, Emily stayed calm, helpful, and understanding the entire time. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out and I left completely satisfied. Thank you, Emily! Your patience and kindness made a stressful moment a pleasant one.
