Brittany working at package drop off is beyond rude. She 100% needs customer service training and she needs it stat. How she's working with customers with that attitude is beyond me but it will cost you customers always. There was no smile, there was no greeting, there was only attitude from immediate interaction. And it was 100% her. She looked miserable. And I get it. She's not working where she dreamed her life would take her most likely and that's not my problem though so she shouldn't take that out on customers. Reading other reviews I'm not very confident that any management is going to take this seriously and train her to interact with customers better. Because apparently they don't seem to have the best attitude either. I will stick to dropping my packages off at UPS instead of driving out of my way to go to Staples and even shop there. I will shop online. 100% way to lose customers is to have poor customer service and rude people working in your business.

I recently worked with the Print Center on a very personal and meaningful project—my grandmother’s obituary and funeral program—and I received truly exceptional customer service from the Print Services Manager, Jehad During an emotionally sensitive time, he was patient, compassionate, and incredibly thorough, walking me through the entire process to ensure every detail was handled with care and completed to perfection. His calm presence and professionalism made a difficult task feel manageable. I have worked with many vendors over the years, and none have provided the level of ease, kindness, and attentiveness that Jehad demonstrated. His service went far beyond expectations and made a lasting impact on me during a moment that mattered deeply.

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! ANDREW, Andre THE ASSISTANT MANAGER, a position you should not be holding, called the police on me, yelling at me, in front of the entire store, talking at me treating me like I'm beneath the face of the earth!!! I have used this location UPS to return items, always used a QR code to return. The young lady she was very disrespectful also. I asked for a manager and it really turned into a situation that could have been handled professionally. Andrew gave this young lady a wink side eye like I have your back we will not be taking her returns. I asked for corporate number he said look it up for yourself, I asked for another manager he said no, I asked for the other UPS store to return to he said no I'm not giving it to you, but he said yes to calling the police. The only person that had some sort of empathy in this situation was a staples employee from new York, she stepped in and gave me the UPS location. The treatment was unprofessional, unethical, degrading, and very embarrassing!!!
