  I had such a great experience at this UPS Store! They were incredibly busy when I walked in with 9 large boxes, but John made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was friendly, patient, and kept a positive attitude the whole time. Even with the rush, he made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Truly appreciate the great customer service—John is a rockstar!

  I had an appointment for an EFT, having my fingerprints taken, and I was struggling to use the Kiosk until the kind and courteous staff member Jissela took notice. She helped by providing insight, and advice as to how I can better, more effectively utilize the scanner. ¡Jissela, muchas gracias mi amiga! Buen fortuna en Bendiciones a ti! 😁

  Saw 4 drop offs turning around on Sat at 4:10pm. I guess everyone was expecting them to be open till 5pm. Hope they extend Sat hrs.
