- DBD BDec 16, 20251.0Recently dropped off a prepaid package at this location. Created a shipping label 12/8/25, handed the item over at this location on 12/10/25. The item never saw an acceptance scan several days after the drop off. When I called this location, I was very rudely dismissed by the clerk who answered insisting ALL packages go out to a sorting facility at the end of each day. The clerk was unwilling to do a quick spot check for my parcel (one that would be easy to find if they tried). I called USPS customer service to request an investigation, and conveniently after that call, the tracking now shows the item as being accepted. So either I was lied to, and the item did NOT go out at close of business on 12/10, or it sat in a sorting facility not moving until I complained about it. Imagine doing your job that you are paid to do.

The gate was down and everything was locked before actual closing time. I ended up having to talk to an employee through the glass and she was very condescending. Closing early and acting like basic customer service is an inconvenience is beyond unacceptable!

Jeff and the entire crew were awesome getting everyone in and out during this busy holiday season. Everyone on the clock around 2:40pm deserves a raise and could train other locations. Most of us only review when we have bad experiences but this great experience deserves a review.
