I had the pleasure of being helped by one of the nicest and courteous window clerks at the Fuquay-Varina post office. I believe her name was Rhonda and l just wanted to recognize her since some post offices get a bad rap.

I’d have to believe all of these 4 or 5 stars are friends or family. My husband was told that there’s nothing to do for a lost package, and then completely ignored by “Tonya”…100% unacceptable. Avoid this office if possible.

This is the 2nd time I've had a package scanned delivered and never received it by a mail carrier at this location. It was scanned delivered over an hour after I already grabbed my mail so they either misdelivered it or scanned it delivered so they don't get in trouble. So tired of these carriers being able to do whatever with no accountability.
