- RGRobert GroveNov 12, 20251.0IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD! The USPS delivery drivers out of Franklin North Carolina are the most unreliable laziest federal employees I have ever seen! They speed while delivering your mail! They dont knock on your door when they have mail that requires a signature and they deliver your packages when they feel like its necessary! I am completely unsatisfied with the service I have been receiving lately

If you can't answer simple questions calmly, find a different profession. You work for the USPS, not some local mom and pop delivery service. If you hate your job, don't take it out on people asking about mail not being delivered. The other clerks at the front desk are always kind and nice to talk to.

- JRJeff RobertsOct 2, 20231.0They constantly leave pick up slips vs packages that will easily fit in my extra large mailbox. When I asked the post office why they dont get delivered they said to be careful, the postmaster is my best friend, that I could ask all I wanted but if she didn't want to deliver them she wasn't going to! Prior to me saying anything the one time they decided to leave a package it was a $40 metal sign that they bent in half and stuck in the mailbox, it was a gift and ruined with the big crease in the sign, sender wouldnt refund because it wasn't their fault and post office wouldnt do anything about it.
