Reported to the post master General the very next day she did it again. My packages continue to get lost because of this laziness and incompetence. I've called the 1-800-ASKUSPS number and they're doing an investigation.. I urge all of you who have issues do the same.

They speed while delivering your mail! They dont knock on your door when they have mail that requires a signature and they deliver your packages when they feel like its necessary! I am completely unsatisfied with the service I have been receiving lately
- JPJoey PickeringSep 30, 20251.0Post "Master" needs to learn how to speak to people, especially when shes not being talked to aggressively or in any way combative. If you can't answer simple questions calmly, find a different profession. You work for the USPS, not some local mom and pop delivery service. If you hate your job, don't take it out on people asking about mail not being delivered. The other clerks at the front desk are always kind and nice to talk to.
