- RGRobert GroveNov 12, 20251.0IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD! The USPS delivery drivers out of Franklin North Carolina are the most unreliable laziest federal employees I have ever seen! They speed while delivering your mail! They dont knock on your door when they have mail that requires a signature and they deliver your packages when they feel like its necessary! I am completely unsatisfied with the service I have been receiving lately

If you can't answer simple questions calmly, find a different profession. You work for the USPS, not some local mom and pop delivery service. If you hate your job, don't take it out on people asking about mail not being delivered. The other clerks at the front desk are always kind and nice to talk to.

- COC OwensJun 13, 20252.0Did not hold package, stated undeliverable, incorrect address and too big for receptacle, the 800 line agent stated. The PO said the delivery driver didn't say that or write that on his/her report, effectively saying their own people were lying. They made no attempt to hold or notify held for pick up, which PO's elsewhere do. The customer service is truly lacking at this location! When we discussed the local postal service with residents and businesses in town, they all stated they have had the same issues with postal carriers and the post office.

I'm not in town and trying to get info on a piece of certified mail they're holding and now returning to sender. Hope it wasn't important!!?! Thanks FRANKLIN USPS for refusing to answer the phone. 🙄
