I’m so sick of not being able to get my packages because this mail guy either doesn’t put the key to the lock box or puts the wrong key this keeps happening and I’ve missed events at my daughter school due to not having what I order this is horrible

I wish I could give this specific post office zero stars.. I live on a corner lot and have had problems with these guys not dropping off my package on my porch and they just mark it as they can't access it. All you have to do is follow the sidewalk off my driveway to my porch/front door.. it's really not confusing, I have ring doorbell and I can see the guy doesn't even get out of his car.

No 0 star so have to give 1. Mail carrier constantly complaining about the holes on my dirt path not to run the mail or finding other excuses. Holding the mail for several days . That would definitely make a federal offense. All my tenants complaining about this. Talked with previous and new post master to no veil. They are easy to talk to but the carrier is running the show probably due to staff shortage. Also, mail thrown in my yard several times even in the rain. I will consult with a lawyer soon . I don’t see other choice.

Only post office I know that closes for lunch. You only have one person working there or what? Your only open from 9 to 4 anyways and with an hour for lunch your only open for 6hrs a day. Four Oaks has grown by leaps and bounds over the last few years yet the post office is primitive and unfriendly. I'm so glad we moved to Benson years ago because we hated the horrible mail service. From the reviews you'd think they'd step up their game.
