I called to ask about a package being delivered because I had the wrong address, they fixed my problem & said it will be here today. They were friendly when I called & answered the phone. Thank you ladies for fixing my mistake. The post office in Georgia where we lived wouldn't even pick up the phone & they were always really rude.

We have issues with residence mail & packages being delivered to others porches, boxes or totally somewhere else in the town. I had ordered some vitamins from Walmart, they showed to be delivered at a home in town. I called the post office and asked them about where my package got delivered. They told me they couldn't find them and I had to contact Walmart to inform them that I never received my order and they had to resend it.
