Was waiting for a check and the entire time it was in my neighbors mailbox they live in FL and come up occasionally. So when they visited they handed me a stack of my mail that was in their mailbox. Like I’m pretty sure the house number is stated on each piece of mail so I don’t understand what the issue is??

My mail lady on the weekends NEVER scans my packages therefore they don't get tracked. Because of THIS I have lost more than $300 because whether these packages were delivered or not, the people who paid for them can claim it was never delivered because it shows that it was never shipped. It's near impossible to get in touch with any workers.... And she's even bypassed me on days I've requested pickups. I'm disabled and can't drive... Who does that???
