  This is hands down the worst company to ship through. They have ZERO redeeming qualities and everything will arrive late (and or damaged). Genuinely I've never had bad experiences with package delivery until I experienced needing this company to actually get me my package within the adverted window. NEVER use this company.

  Sucks I had to go here To get my package because my address was wrong (but it wasnt). I am glad I thought to go here before it was returned to sender. The lady who helped me was nice.

  I went by Best Buy and bought an iPad and they were gonna ship it overnight by FedEx so I would have it cause they didn’t have it in stock. The iPad was a day late but when it when it was delivered yesterday, I could tell that the box had been opened, and when I picked up the box, I could tell it was an empty box. It had been open from the bottom and re-tape with clear tape somebody at Fed-x or Best Buy or somebody took my iPad. I got the package just minutes after it was delivered and I had a camera on it and nobody came near it after it was delivered. I dislike Fed-x and I can’t get any response out of them. I just feel hopelessly lost and totally ignored.

  For poor service can't even speak to a real person.Had my package for 3 days on the out for delivery truck and still hasn't been delivered.. what's up with these people?????

  Horrible branch. Refusing to make deliveries and lying about the reasons. "Weather Issues" 3 days in a row when it's bright and sunny out all day. Then they give you the runaround and act indignant when you call them on their dishonesty.
